I am a 16 year old girl and recieved a letter in the mail from the ANC announcing that I was a winner of 2,000,000,000 dollars. Clearly if the fine print is read it states all winners must be of 18 years of age, which made no sense at all. Also Things like that don't just happen in today's society, especially with our horrible economy. I suggest that anyone who recieves these letters shred and dispose of them!!!!!!!! They are most likely a scam.
